The company has been producing caster products since 1978, and has now developed furniture casters, instrument casters, dual casters, trolley casters, medical mute casters, industrial casters, heavy-duty casters and self-developed Shuangling brand airport trolley products. At present, it has professional production lines such as stamping, welding, bending, injection molding, surface treatment, assembly and testing, and has the production capacity of delivering 60 standard containers per month.
Backed by strong aerospace technology, the company has been committed to the development of civilian products. In 1978, it developed the "Shuangling" brand casters. In 2000, it began the development and research of airport trolleys and luggage carts. Casters and trolleys are designed and manufactured by European standards, with beautiful appearance, stable quality and durability.
In 1993, the company was commissioned by the National Standardization Bureau to prepare the national standards GB/T14687-93 and GB/T14688-93 for casters. In 1996, the company took the lead in the same industry through the ISO9001 quality system certification, in 2003 and successfully passed the ISO9002-2000 version, in 2006 and through the UK UKAS certification. In 2013, it was awarded the high-tech industry certification of Hubei Province. In 2015, it was awarded the famous brand product of Hubei Province. Since 2012, the company has successively passed SGS, GS, REACH, ROHS and other certification qualifications.
