Finally, the daily output of a 5-inch bracket increased from 5000 pieces to more than 10000 pieces now. Because this product has high requirements, large shape and large deformation in the production process, repeated many, to bring great difficulty to the debugging, need to fully verify to ensure that the final effect, so they through the continuous adjustment of positioning, lubrication, cylinder pressure and other measures, lasted 15 days, in everyone's unity and efforts, successfully completed the process optimization of this part, for the production efficiency.
